Handoff risk reviews and audit scope
A AI app cost emergency review is a scoping conversation. It is not a full audit. If an audit is appropriate, scope, data requirements, timeline, deliverables, and commercial terms should be agreed separately before work begins.
Data boundaries
Olive-One does not request credentials, API keys, service account files, tokens, passwords, or production secrets for a AI app cost emergency review. If a later audit needs data, Olive-One will request scoped billing, usage, workflow, and ownership context rather than broad system access whenever practical.
