Privacy and data handling
Olive One reviews cloud, AI, SaaS, observability, and automation spend only when the scope is clear and the data is necessary for the audit.
AI Margin Maps
No billing exports, credentials, API keys, service account files, tokens, passwords, or production secrets are requested during the AI Margin Map review.
The review is used to understand the business question, affected workflow, rough stack, timing of the spend change, and whether a deeper AI Spend-to-Margin Audit is appropriate.
Scoped billing and usage data
If there is a fit, Olive One will request only the minimum data needed for the agreed review. Typical inputs may include billing exports, usage summaries, launch dates, workflow descriptions, service-level spend, model/provider usage summaries, and ownership context.
Olive One prefers scoped, read-only, redacted, or exported data over broad system access. Do not send secrets or production credentials.
Client-provided exports and billing data are deleted within 30 days after an engagement closes, unless the client requests earlier deletion.
Confidentiality
Billing, usage, workflow, and business-context information shared for an audit is treated as confidential review material. Olive One does not publish customer data, names, logos, or results without explicit written permission.
Data minimization
Olive One asks for the narrowest practical data window and fields needed to answer the audit question. If a field is not needed to connect spend to workflow, owner, decision, or margin impact, it should be removed or redacted before sharing.
Scheduling a call
Booking a call uses Google Calendar appointment scheduling (calendar.app.google links). Information you enter during scheduling — such as your name, email, and any notes — is handled by Google per Google's privacy policy. Olive One does not run additional tracking on the booking flow.
Analytics and tracking
This site does not run third-party analytics scripts, advertising pixels, or behavioral trackers. No Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar tools are loaded.
AI-assisted analysis
Olive One LLC uses AI tools (large language models) to assist analysis of client billing data during engagements. Data shared with AI tools is minimized and redacted where practical, and these tools are configured not to train on client data. AI vendors act as subprocessors, and engagement-specific terms governing this use are set out in the consulting agreement signed per engagement.
