Privacy and data handling

Olive-One reviews cloud, AI, SaaS, observability, and automation spend only when the scope is clear and the data is necessary for the audit.

AI App Cost Emergency Reviews

No billing exports, credentials, API keys, service account files, tokens, passwords, or production secrets are requested during the AI app cost emergency review.

The review is used to understand the business question, affected workflow, rough stack, timing of the spend change, and whether a deeper AI Spend-to-Margin Audit is appropriate.

Scoped billing and usage data

If there is a fit, Olive-One will request only the minimum data needed for the agreed review. Typical inputs may include billing exports, usage summaries, launch dates, workflow descriptions, service-level spend, model/provider usage summaries, and ownership context.

Olive-One prefers scoped, read-only, redacted, or exported data over broad system access. Do not send secrets or production credentials.

Confidentiality

Billing, usage, workflow, and business-context information shared for an audit is treated as confidential review material. Olive-One does not publish customer data, names, logos, or results without explicit written permission.

Data minimization

Olive-One asks for the narrowest practical data window and fields needed to answer the audit question. If a field is not needed to connect spend to workflow, owner, decision, or margin impact, it should be removed or redacted before sharing.
